Conference Fees

The fees listed below will include all of the following items:

• Attendance at the conference from Monday 10 - Thursday 13 September 2007
• Conference Material
• Morning tea and Afternoon tea on each day
• Buffet dinner and entertainment on Monday evening
• Attendance at the conference dinner - Russell Hotel - Tuesday evening
• Buffet dinner on Wednesday evening
• Entry to a special piano recital from John Lill on Wednesday evening

Accommodation

Please click here for further information on the accommodation available at QuAMP 2007.

Only accommodation at Ramsay Hall (£30.80 per night, bed and breakfast) can be booked during the on-line registration process. All other accommodation must be booked direct with the hotel.

Students Please Note: EPSRC sponsored students are eligible for a subsidy on accommodation at Ramsay Hall. To apply for an accommodation subsidy you must first download and complete the Application Form then e-mail it to andrew.martin@iop.org When completing on-line registration do not select any accommodation options. Your booking will be amended when the application is processed.

On-line Registration

This is the recommended and most secure method for for those wishing to pay by credit or debit card. All payments will be processed securely using WorldPay and confirmation of your payment will be sent by e-mail once the transaction is complete.

Value Added Tax

Charges shown in this document are exempt from VAT unless otherwise indicated. Where VAT is applicable it is shown and calculated at the current standard rate of 17.5%. If the rate is altered as a result of government legislation charges may be adjusted accordingly. A tax invoice/receipt will be issued to those indicating that this is required on the registration form. The Institute's VAT registration number is 461-6000-84.

 
Confirmation of Booking

Details of your bookings will appear on screen prior to entering credit card details. Please print this page for your records.
Registration via hard copy - You should receive confirmation of your booking within ten days of registering. If payment is not enclosed with your registration form, you will be sent a pro-forma invoice which must be paid prior to the conference.

Cancellations 

No payment can be refunded to those cancelling after 27 August 2007. All cancellations must be made in writing (please note that we are unable to accept cancellations made over the telephone).
