Organising an Institute of Physics Event
If you wish to book an Institute of Physics event (full, half or self service event), please download the Notification of Events form below and return it to the Conferences Department with a covering letter stating any additional details about the event.
If you wish for the Conferences Department to organise an event as a full service event, please note that you must give as much notice as possible (at least four months notice for a one day event, 12 months for a two day event and 24 months for a multi-day event).

Want to publish a proceedings?
