3rd International Conference on Medical, Signal and Information Processing (MEDSIP 2006)
17-19 July 2006
The IEE, Teacher Building, Glasgow

Full details available on the conference website.

Signal and information processing technology is at the core of many medical systems today, and as such, it plays a crucial role in modern healthcare. The primary aim of MEDSIP 2006 is to promote improved healthcare by the further development of advanced signal and information processing methods for biomedicine and their integration with other emerging technologies.

MEDSIP 2006 will be held at The IEE Teacher Building in Glasgow, Scotland. One of Europe's most dynamic cities, Glasgow is steeped in culture, rich in history, but above all, alive and exciting in its elegant streets, squares, parks and gardens. Its architecture - old and new - is amongst the finest in Europe, having 20 of the most visited British museums and art galleries, including the world-famous Burrell Collection. The IEE Teacher Building is right in the heart of the city in St. Enoch Square, one of Glasgow's top addresses. The best shops, hotels, restaurants and bars surround the building and you will be in easy walking distance of all amenities.

Organising Committee:
Chairman: Dr Bill Sandham, Scotsig
Co-Chairs: Dr Christopher James, University of Southampton
Dr David Hamilton, University of Strathclyde
Organised by the IEE Healthcare Technologies Professional Network
