RIVA 5-5th Iberian Vacuum Meeting-Portugal, 18-21 Sept 2005, www.soporvac.org
"The 5th Iberian Vacuum Meeting and Applications corresponds with the XI Spanish Vacuum Meeting and V Portuguese Vacuum Meeting and it is the most important joint activity of the Spanish Vacuum Society, ASEVA, and the Portuguese Vacuum Society, SOPORVAC. This is the continuation of the series started in Braga in 1989, holds alternatively in Spain and Portugal and organised jointly by both societies. The main objective is to give to scientists and engineers the opportunity to interchange their knowledge, research experience, technology and applications of the field of vacuum science, surface science, surface instrumentation, thin films and vacuum technology. The intended audience and participants include vacuum specialists, engineers, physicists, surface scientists, chemists, electronic device specialists and materials scientists."
